Missing event items, giant pink head and firecracker?

So… where did my giant pink head and my firecracker go?
I thought they were available until 12-17-2017 along with the voucher (which is still there) to retrieve.

Is this just a bug or did I just lose my items entirely because I didn’t retrieve earlier?
Did I just get false information?

Pretty much.

I had the same idea as you though and the differing dates on site and in-game has resulted in said scenario of feeling misled, it’s a bit unfortunate, i suppose.

Well… so it’s kinda my fault I guess, I had to learn by the worst way, at least I can’t complain that there weren’t any information, how silly I am. IMC rules.
