As said in the title, i lost all of my compensation rewards from the 24 hour maintenance, server transfer, and server crash reward (Telsiai Server). I just left them in the message box because i dont want to place them all on one character and now it is missing

And did you read the date right, a bunch of people here have the issue of reading the date wrong.
I server transferred 2 weeks ago, and until yesterday everything was there.
I remember exactly the expiry date was 16th May 
… you know these dates but year first im pretty sure you read the year as day like many before you.
