Missing changes in 7/26/16 patch

I specifically noticed in the changes for monk that there was no buff for the god awful range on double punch. I’ve also seen others mention other missing changes. I’m aware IMC may have forgot to put some changes in, or its not there for some other reason.

Pls post below some other changes that are missing, or your thoughts on them so they can be tested by myself and others to see if the missing change in the patch notes were implemented or not. I personally was looking forward to this draven buff, but i’m honestly kind of disappointed in its absence.

Ranger buffs, steady aim 100% uptime etc.

I love u ranger. never forget

am I reading it right? Bloodletting cd becomes 20s in pvp? or do they mean increase cooldown by 20s?

Umm…ktos received the itos nerf to steady aim last week.

Missing is
Swordsman concentrate buff
Pain Barrier giving 20% ailment resistance in pve(notes say its pvp only but its been applied to pve in ktos)
3x stronger zombies

Off topic but… Which anime is that archer girl from?

hai to gensou no grimgar

Cleric : Guardiant Saint - additional SP & Stamina regen not listed

Apparently the change in Resist Elements for Paladin, changing the property resistance to % was not applied.

Blessing is still the same as before the patch. No scaling was added.

What? Do you have it levelled high? Cuz my blessing is giving +443 damage

wow, how much spr/int u invested?

Im all spr after 27 con.

No issues on my side…

Scaling per level I guess? At low level it adds practically zero extra damage.

Yes, the scaling is (0.06 * [Skill level -1]) * SPR…in other words 84% of your SPR at lv15.

@Edit

forgot to decrease the skill level by 1 in the formula.

wow nice… I put almost 200 to con, 100 int and no spr and I only took Priest C1 for Ressurection. Do you think I should pump some points to int now?

Right, so that means its worth leveling now.

Indeed.

I forgot to mention that there’s INT scaling for it as well…but not as good as SPR. iirc the INT formula is 1/3 of the SPR one, being (0.02 * [Skill level -1]) * INT.
