Misleading Info for Chaparition Card

The Card says that the bonus magic attack% will last about 10secs but during my test the cards only last for about 4sec. Is this a bug or the card info translations are fcked up?

In kToS it was nerfed to 4 seconds. The description might just be wrong, and we got the updated kToS version than the old one.

I’m going to go ahead and assume it’s a bug. This happens on skills as well.

For example, Retrieve on Hunter lasts for about 60% of the actual stated time. The same goes for Coarsing, claiming to be 35s at max level when it’s actually more like 20s.

I’m willing to bet this is an issue across many things in the game stating a time and it should probably be looked at @moderators

That or half the descriptions are simply wrong, which is perfectly possible.

I really hope they can reply regarding with this issue.

Intentional, was nerfed in kToS, we just have an outdated tooltip.

There is something really wrong with the way servers handle timing issues. I remember switching to another channel while Frost Cloud was on cooldown. When I arrived on the other channel, FC was on a cooldown for 45s while it shouldn’t be ever above 30s.

So we are out-dated? So sad :’( I collect this card and upgrade to 10*, waiting for this update.

Technically the description is outdated, the 4 second duration is correct and up to date.

It’s decent enough at 4 seconds IMO, use it before using a strong skill like Frost Cloud and it will still bolster your damage by a ton.

According to other players, its supposed to be 4 seconds after the change that happened to it on KR, so its just a text glitch, still needs attention for anyone who cares about it.

EDIT: They fixed it during the emergency maintenance.

At the moment you can also use 7 equal ones. I’ve 7 Chapp 4* and going from 900 MA up to 1150.

I’ve just read somewhere that you only can use 5 equal ones in the near future.

Same, although I can’t remember where, I still use 5 as maximum…but its probably just a rumor.

on the ktos patch when the system came out in korean, the guy who does translation said that it was at max 5 of the same type, but i’m to lazy to go search for the post, but i’m sure that is in that topic.

Sorry for noob question but can somone explain what does +[-]% mean when equiping the card?

Does it mean more stars on the card equal more damage or more of the same type equip equal more damage.

The [-] is the number of (total) stars you have equiped for that card.
If you were to equiped a 5 star and a 7 star of the same card it would be +[12]%.
