[Minor] Text formatting shows in Wizard Description

Bug Description :
[Minor] Description of Wizard class while creating a new character has formatting error

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Login to TOS English Version
  2. Select Server
  3. Create new character
  4. Click Wizard, and text formatting will show. Please see screenshot below
