First of all, the Cryomancer bug: I simply entered the pyromancer’s lab to open the box, there was nothing, I timed out, I went back to the quest, entered the lab, there was a box, it didn’t open, I timed out and went to char select, entered the lab again, there was the box, it didn’t open, timed out again, entered the lab again, opened the box, worked. A friend had the same problem as mine.
The npcs in general are bugged, but in the Crystal Mines… oh god! That was hell. I couldn’t find the interaction multiple times.
