Mineloader shock effect ? the proff that this game is still on beta (?)

I test this card with mob an players and its look like it does nothing. the debuff its a DoT who even dont work with bless, enchant lightning or freez debuff so its only deal 1 of lightning damage

i test it because i thoght that maybe it was a nice debuff like the doppel or highland. or at least it deal damage who scale with other debuffs and lightning buffs. but i dont even know if the programmer are trolling us making a useless card like this or just they don have time to finish it and them they just forgot it (?)

maybe I’m wrong and this debuff its usefull because my guild mate don’t noticed the true effect of the card on players. but if this card its not finished its a proff that this game steady on “beta”

dude shock debuff from player does nothing as damage or increase damage and so on , if i’m not mistaken it just reduces int or spr status of the target, as monster you can not see their status but test with someone and see if it’s working as intended (reducing int-spr of the target)
at least highlander and dragon soar shock debuff always worked like that, i confess that i never tested mineloader one but if the same type of shock debuff it should work as reducing spr or int too!
if you do some search you will see that there was a lot of discussion related to this problem in the past so you could get a little more information about it from there and maybe have your questions answered with a little more info since i’m too lazy to search for them now so even if they are outdated discussions, if there is no new changes to the shock debuff it should be still valid!

i test with boss already the debuff its not like the mineloader boss one (slow and deff reduction) and also its not like the swordman debuff. its just a DoT who are not “programed”.

It just gives 1 dmg tick that can procs other effects like poison freeze or even frieno
