Hello everyone. I was wondering if I can use the miko voucher to skip the miko quest as a male character. I mean, if I use the voucher as a male savior, do I still have to change to female in order to complete the class change?

Miko Voucher simply allows you to not require to do the pre-quest needed for it to show as a class advancement, so yes you’ve to change to female, do the quest and then return to male.
The part where you have to be female is not when doing the pre-quest, but when you actually take the advancementquest from the NPC.
