Are you switching channels? You need to make sure to never leave a channel empty. If you stay long enough it should appear or someone else got the spirit
Yesterday I was stopped for 4 hours in the same place and nothing happened. Even at dawn I had help from 4 players
Keep in mind most guides are wrong about where it spawns, it spawns in many other locations other than just near the town, and it also constantly teleports around every few dozen seconds or so until its picked up.
Check the south west area and the far west near the next zone too, not too sure if it spawns near the entrance of the zone to the north east though, haven’t personally seen it there.
I’ll try this information. I’m running all day today and have not found it yet. I’ll expand my search.

Heya there :3 I’ve done Miko quest on my characters as well tho… ( like 3x already ) what I usually do is that, I usually stay on a empty channel for an hour. After the said hour had passed, I usually roam around non-stop ( Because the spirits tend to teleport very fast once in a while ) on the recommended spots, also taking into consideration the southwestern parts (alongside with the trees ).
From my experience, the most critical times are the first 20-30 minutes after the said hour that you stayed on a certain channel…
I keep trying and so far nothing. Everyone who arrives here gives up.
