Bug Description :Miko quest object at Klaipeda bottom left spot not appear after 5 hr+ and all channal (according to other player told 2-4 hr and random channal)
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- We have party station all channal for 5 hr after server finish maintenance
- quest object not appear
- according to other player told 2-4 hr and random channal
