It’s so easy to make mistakes in this game… it’s very unforgiving. I just think it is unfair we could not move our rewards to other characters if we need to start over… please roll back my account to fresh. T_T
I agree, I for example tried to move my stat potion to the storage by right clicking but instead of the storage UI I had opened the inventory UI over it, now its gone, it was my only one, I guess at least I supported the game by throwing my stupid money on the screen, next time I will put my hand over the fire to see if the “spending” feeling go away, it might punish me less then IMC. Besides that, all our rewards are only available for one character in one server, not like EVERY OTHER game that gives you your bonus stuff every time you make a new character or make the items transferable between your account. That character that you probably are going to mess up as a new player, is the one you put all your rewards on because the game doesn’t show on flashing lights that “YOU WILL LOOSE ALL THAT STUFF AND WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO GET IT AGAIN ANYWHERE ELSE!!”. The company takes your money, you make one mistake and they forget you ever paid for anything, you might make a support complain, but I bet all you will get is a standard answer. They apparently seem not to care about their paid costumers, after all we paid because we wanted, the game is going free in 15 days and we should just stop whining. Also I don’t know if the company notices how stupid expensive this really is, lets say the founders pack 1 really comes with 60$ worth of tokens, those will be 60$ you wasted ON ONE SERVER. If you ever need to change your servers that will be gone too. So tell me why my 60$ is less worthy if I use the tokens in different servers? It really isn’t. You know what, why are we being punished for supporting the game? Because that’s what it feels like. I committed 1 mistake and feel like they just ripped my money in half right in front of me and told me there’s nothing they can do to fix it.
Well I certainly wont be spending any money for a while after the hole this game made in my wallet since everything I bought was almost lost by mistakes that any newbie player WILL DO. You’re not alone. The minimum they could do for us in this case is hear us. Not that they are doing that, I believe all you can do is be sad, get the courage to delete that character you messed up, with all your items, and start over, without your bonus items, like they never existed, just like our money.

They could at least let me purchase the pack again so I can start over on the other server. 
I don’t want to be rude, but it is your fault for making mistakes, and the company doesn’t have to pat you on the head everytime you do it…
Perhaps you could explain to us what you did exactly so we can figure out the best approach to solve it.

I’m willing to assist you as long as you accept the help and tell us what’s wrong 
you can create another steam account and do that without their assistance. Not sure why would you want to start anew tho.
I used my pack on the SEA server because it was the only server I was able to log on at the time I started playing. I didn’t know the lag would be so bad on it and that I could play on the other servers. I don’t know that I’ll ever be able to move my TP onto the server I now play on. I didn’t spend it or anything. I hope they make TP account wide.
I just didn’t like the class (Wizard) I opened the boxes with. But now I have the potions on her and got some costumes with TP.
I shouldn’t have been so quick to spend the TP. I’m dumb.

i know some of their class is just… but! their mechanic is somewhat fun embrace the wizardry!
I think you should just start a new character, carefully build it while you wait until they make TP items to be account-bound only.
I was being a whiney little bi*** about my “bonus” items, which I
actually learned werent that important, which is good, I liked this in the
game, I am not mad anymore, after much time thinking, all this
mistakes I comitted by my own lack of research only helped me see how
this game is different, how your actions really matter! Thats what I
wanted! Thats what I missed! Thanks! And also, it shows how much you
dont want to put your paid costumers over your free ones, that might not
have been the best for my situation, but thats what a good game company
should be like! I am really happy I paid all that and that I supported the game, and I will get the other pack when its 30% off, I am tired of games where my actions dont really matter. Since all that happened I only played more and more and researched more and more about the game.
