Mercy and Salvation quest candles are not lighting up

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Mouse

Bug Description : I was merely questing in Main Chamber when I got to the quest “Mercy and Salvation” (Where you have to light up the candles), and the candles that’re supposed to light up don’t light up. The bug also occured with the similar quest in Sanctuary.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Make a character
  2. Level it up until you can quest in Main Chamber / Sanctuary
  3. Get to the quests where you have to light up candles
  4. Do the quest by trying out all the combinations

Additional information: I didn’t have this issue on my first character when I did the quest. I didn’t have the addons that I have in the video on my first character though. I did try disabling the addons before I took the video, but that didn’t help.

Having the same issue… I cannot progress any of my characters past this point… The quest simply wont work :S

Oh lol, I had just run into this way later, though apparently this results from having background effects option off.
