What level of cards mercenary quest can give now? somebody know? (my english sux… but mercenary only give lvl 9 cards on the 280 char, now give better card?)

Give me a small time to confirm one thing, a friend is 280+ and she got some requirements for the new areas, gonna check with her if the cards changed.
