Okay I have been thinking long and hard how this could work without RMT abusing it and working with the megaphone restriction that was just put in place today possibly making it move up a good number of levels.
Mentor system : lets talk about how and who can use this this is merely a concept but hope it pans out and works to help those new to the game and works against those RMT who plague the game.
There would be a new UI inside the game that a newbie (under tier 3) of there class call for a mentors help it would have two factors one being mentor chat that it will request to all mentors (tier 5 and over) with a ping that a newbie needs help where they can go into a one on one chat also helping a newbie will reward the mentor with a like or none based on how helpful they was. Factor two if no mentors are available can send a PM request that is put into a box for any mentor to view and send a response to the person who needs assistance.
This will be more of a one on one system to prevent RMT spamming every mentor because they would be considered a newbie but it would most likely lower the spam overall and then the megaphone could be pushed up a number of levels because novice can relie on this system instead of the megaphone system.
There would also be a option to mute the ping this would put the mentor into mentor busy status so they can continue the game if they wish without distractions but leaving it too long will take you out of mentor status.
