does this work? Meltis should uphold all buffs but… is counterspell counted
as a buff and does counterspell not remove the field from meltis?

I forgot if counterspell gives a buff but if it does then it should work with Melstis.

Counter spell is a ground zone spell ( like safety zone) , it won’t be extended with melstis. Counter spell removes any currently placed spells, new ones can be placed afterwards, however as long as the counter-spell effect is present the damage will be completely negated, CC effects of skills (i.e ice pike, ,ice bolt) will still persist though.
I do like how using counter-spell will completely de-spawn cryo/pyro wall skills though. 
the melstis mechanic and counter spell needs more information from testing though
So just give Healing Factor to Tanker and then Meltis? >.<
Melstis can only extend on “counting down” buff.
(must have buff icon at the buff bar)
Melstis affect on hp/mp pot too.
