Inquisitor with any two from Chaplain, Oracle, Paladin or Zealot.
is that the only option i have or is that strongest option cause i heard druid has a wolf “melee” form
Yes you can make a druid/exorcist too. I’m more familiar with Inquisitor, so that’s why I suggested it.
Direct melee damage: Cleric, Paladin, Monk, Inquisitor
Melee/auto self-buffs: Chaplain, Druid (just Lycanthropy)
Physical damage that looks magical: Zealot
draconis mentioned Oracle, which is in no way melee but which is utterly busted with Zealot. Also has the oddball Death Sentence/ Conviction combo with Paladin.
//EDIT: And yeah, virtually any mix of Inquisitor, Paladin, Zealot, Druid, Plague Doctor, and Oracle will turn out well.
