i already created 2 tickets about this issue but imc doesnt seem to care…
when i open the exchange items for medals shop i cant see any items to exchange and i have some that could be exchanged.
There is any way i can get around this issue or im a hostage to IMC support that im already waiting a week for a reply?
What items are you trying to exchange?
Only items from goddess blessed cubes can be exchanged. If you’re trying to exchange items from Leticia secret cubes (like all the potions) then you’re ■■■■■■. It will not work. If it clearly doesn’t read that you can exchange it in the medal shop, you’re just stuck with them. I put in a ticket during the first Leticia cubes and the response was that they will forward to Dev team aka trash!

What items are you trying to exchange? If you don’t have any that can be exchanged they won’t show up when you go to the Exchange Shop. 
And the potions from Leticia cubes? They can’t be exchanged.
