Hello there as you are not responding my tickets i post here… the tittle say me and my brother are still BAN an we are not in ANY LIST (a,b, ban list)… i mean have being ban 10 day and we did not even know what DPK was i mean our main character were lvl 280… (we can make a new character and using even they can lvl fast but i we want our name back) so do anything to fix it for god sake -.-

hello u r not banned u r just having problems entering the game its something in the files the staff can help u fix it
i can enter the game using other accounts i have 2 account and can login just fine using that and the problem start when they say they ban de account if is not a ban then why cant i login? and they give me 0 replys to my 2 tickets hurray so i m here still wating T-T
