Maximum offense wizard class end-game?

Hi - I was thinking of coming up with a wizard class that deals burst damage (since cooldowns are so high)… which offensive wizard class would be best for this?

For example, I heard some v ariations of wizard1- cyro3 - blank or wizard1 - pyro3 - blank.

Which of the end-game wizards put out the most burst damage? It feels like wiz1 -> pyro3 -> elementalist2 is the strongest?

If you’re looking for damage burst instead of constant high DPS, Meteor is the perfect skill for that. Higher levels take forever to cast though, so you’ll want to invest in Quick Cast or at least Surespell.

Also Hows this for burst / dps / aoe damage for both PVE and PVP?
