this occur when your other party member client crush 
I had encounter this 2 times today, and mine also crush once
depend on the situation, sometimes they can reenter the same party, try waiting and see whether anyone re-enter the dg
I also have this problem today.Just go for 175 dungeon and only have three people. Though we successful to make a full run, it spend us more time.
