(First of all, sorry for my english) - I gave made a new account, and after that, a new character. I got a Alchemist class and i didn’t go to NPC MASTER when the game suggest me to, so, now i can’t find him to buy supplies for my skill Tincturing.
Does anyone knows how do i get to meet him?? Do i have to make that Minner’s Village quest?

You need to complete the Main quest from miners village to save Vaidotas (the said master).

Sad, but true…
It proves that not all masters are good at combat 
if you did all quests he should be inside the crystal mines 1F (if I remember correctly 
)

I don’t remember if we need to do all the CM quest line or just in MV.
