Massive player loss in the last weeks

Hi SEA players. See you on Oct. 31 OBT. :smirk:
No more #p2win :smirk:

Ro mobile english release

People with “extra” silvers still have it. They don’t take any action at all. Good luck for those who are still playing this game.

“normal” is not good when we had one of the biggest patch of the year 2 months ago. During the first month of r10 release the shops were about doubled of what its currently

they need to do more events to attract players, like mats event, or drop rates event to help new player or returned player catching up

Not really enough when the client is unstable.

Old players come back because they see events then just become more frustrated isn’t a solution.

wtf do you watch man // thou shalt set no wicked thing before thee
im never clicking your links again !

so nostalgic

Bring back last years halloween event with a few fixes and I’d play again. Despite the issues it was fun so if they were fixed perfect event. :’)

What’s the point ?
I’m a CB player, even if they gave me the means to fully gear my characters I wouldn’t come back. And I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way.
Why come back to a game that is still laggy ? Full of bugs ? Full of hacks ? A game full of restrictions ? Without any exciting PvE or PvP content (3 dungeon/mission/whatever runs a day on each character is pretty ridiculous, let people farm on whichever character they want, let them enjoy the goddamn game), no real fighting mechanics in PvE, RNG for EVERYTHING… There are so many classes yet some lack any true role or some have too much utility/too many skills while others are just gimmicky. To that you add the fact their events and their rewards are constantly the same things, and boring.
Also grinding to level and gear your characters are part of the fun of MMORPG, what’s the point of playing if they were gonna handle it all to people ?

Overall, TOS is a game that had a great potential, lots of good ideas originally, but they failed hard afterwards. The engine’s bad, the bugs are way too present (and never fully disappear), and the lack of interesting contents + repetitive gameplay are the nails on the coffin.

“It’s clear they don’t play their own game.”
They clearly don’t.
My favourite proof of that is the fact it took them one year to realize that the way one of Plague Doctor’s skills worked since the very beginning wasn’t normal. After a year, they changed it, but didn’t notify anybody about it (not even their own staff \o/). And a week or so later they announced it was now “working as intended”.
So they either don’t play their game AT ALL, or they couldn’t fix it. Both options are terrible.

the sad truth…

/20charrrrrrrrrr

Not mentioning the new event where you get those expirable items RANDOMLY… so you can’t even choose a character that will receive them, you also need to gamble on which char will receive which

Rank 10 brought back people because of the free rank resets. There was no actual content that came with it, unless you wanted to farm for 380 practo weapons early.

After the population stabilized, i.e. “oh there’s nothing new”, yeah it’s pretty much normal. Velcoffer update at least pretended to offer actual content.

In others games you don’t really need to add always a next tiers of content and gear constantly.
If they could make several raids like velcopter nest with gimmick items that change the way the skills work of most classes it would be enough.
Imagine you have a full set for your class, your sword auto attack becomes a boomerang with triple projectile piercing the enemies and reduce half of your sp or 4000.
Gimmick items or sets exist since 1995 in online games what the f uck is going on here.

Gimmick items/sets become obsolete too fast in this game. Anyone still using toy hammer? Ignition? The only times items stay relevant is because nothing new can beat them (phada) or anything new and better takes too much to get for a very small upgrade (1k mithril).

So long as the progression model is vertical, this will always be the case and gimmicks became pointless to even put effort in developing.

I think the social aspect of the game is also important to consider. Most people like talking and communicating, which makes the game less boring.

Ichor couldve been the perfect solution to save outdated gimmick items, but they totally missed the opportunity on that one

I’ve actually suggested that before already. Like placing toy hammer special stats on a 380 hammer. Or placing 380 gear stats onto the cafrisun set. It would be lacking def/mdef wise but at least the stats won’t be total garbage.

No reply though. Not even a “we’ll deliver this to our devs for consideration” and such.
