Does “30% chance to deal a 2000 Lightning property attack” only work on Auto Attacks or also on skills like Zaibas?
I hear that it works on every damage line, so even blessing and sacrament lines have chance to proc it.
For sure it works on both skills and autos. Multi hit skills like creeping death charm or cure proc it like crazy.

I’m not sure if it does. I just tested and I seem to only have one proc of it with Sacrament, Last Rites, Cafrisun and Enchant Fire.
Up to three with Daino and Aspergillum.

I’m the one that might’ve told Valentine that, but it seems I was wrong. “Seems like additional attacks such as Enchant Fire/Sacrament don’t proc the additional lightning damage (even when it is at 30%). Daino’s additional hit however, does.”
Skills work though.
