[Market] "The sales period has passed. Please retrieve your item." Bug

Date and Time : April 8, 2016, 12:30 am (GMT +8) on Klapedia server.

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Mouse

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Klapedia, Market NPC

Bug Description :
An item which was unsold in the market after the period lapses cannot be cancelled or retrieved. The item counts as being on the market and takes up one of the “market slots”

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Placed item for sale in the market
  2. Let the sales period lapse with the item being unsold
  3. Attempt to cancel sale, and the “The sales period has passed. Please retrieve your item” message pops up.
  4. Item remains in “SELL” tab and does not appear in “RETRIEVE” tab.

Attempts to fix:
Changed channel, logged out, quit game and restarted. Did not work.

had the same issue today… couldnt retreive 2 of my items in the market

I found a fix for this bug. You need to change your computer’s time settings.

Just change your computer’s time to make it match the server’s time (top-right corner time in-game)

When you do this, the in-game time will change, so then you change your time back to automatic detect, and it should fix the market bug.

I dunno why it works, but it worked for me

I also tried messing around with the time zones (I changed my PC time to the same time zone as the server, which is EDT time atm) so give that a try too if the first thing doesn’t work
