I just bought an item from the Market, but I can’t find it. Went to the lodge, saw the “emails” and such.
I’ve looked for the [Item Claim Box] and I can’t find it.
How am I suppose to get the purchase?

I don’t even know if I really got the item, specially after the system message saying: “please check if you received the item”.
Did you click the “received” tab. That’s where items you buy go for you to collect if I am not mistaken.
(Side note… this tab is in the market interface while logged into a character in case you didn’t see it)

Actually, it was written “Retrieve”. Lol. I tought it might send the item to the market.
