If you try to remove an item on the last day of it’s sale time, you won’t be able to remove it (unless it’s a 1day sale). You have to wait the next day when it’s automatically removed to take it back. This bug is here since the first day.

Is the issue still persisting by now?
There seems to be a quick fix to this type of problem from previous instances it happened, could you try the following?
Please make sure to note your own time zone before changing, just in case the automatic option won’t pick the correct one.
So, note down your original timezone, close TOS, change timezone to (UTC -05:00), start TOS and retrieve item in market, close TOS, change timezone back to the original.
If you don’t know where to change timezones, this can help (Option 1 or 2):
It’s pretty simple and won’t take you more than 5 minutes, try giving it a try, most likely will solve your problem.
I have been experiencing this issue lately
I will try the timezone trick but havent IMC permanently fixed this yet??
