[Market] Can't retrieve my items after they have exceeded sales period

Date and Time : 2nd April 2016

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Keyboard

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Orsha / Klaipeda at Market NPC

Bug Description :
I put in 2 items for auction and they exceeded 1day of sale (as I inputted it) so I must retrieve them from market in order to clear up my 5 slots of sale items. But when I click on the Cancel button in my Sell-tab, this occurs:

The items stays in the market, i can’t cancel it and i can’t retrieve the item.
I essentially lost two slots out of 5 for my auction because I can’t retrieve them.

I am playing on EU server and hope someone can help.
I need to resolve this issue before I lose all my auction slots because of false auction pricing.
PS: I already relogged, changed channels, etc

I can’n retrieve the silver i won for selling an item. The Retrieve buton is all grey and can’t be pressed.

I have the same problem, 2 items stuck, dunno about the rest, not even trying, hopefully someone buys them…
Help me please, I need to put on sale other items :frowning:

Same issue SEA server team name Grishaden cant retrieve my item once sales period over and I only have one item in der D:

Same issue cannot retrieve/cancel an item on the list

Server: SEA Telsiai
Team Name: xKiri
Char Name: xKirito
Date it occur: 3 April 8am Server time.

@STAFF_Ethan could you help with this bug?
It’s blocking one slot to sell item.

(would just like to remove the first item in my list, item name: Colossus)

I got the same bug …

Maybe it’s another feature against RMT :smiley:
IMC will probably tell us to buy premium haha :stuck_out_tongue:

I have only one slot and can’t retrieve item from them with the same problem (trade period passed). EU server Fedimian. Can anyone help? Name of the character Robin.

Well consider yourself lucky … i put a token in market and once sale expired it disapeared and its not even in retreave. I opened a ticket but wow this is nuts… tokens aint cheap

WTF? why i use premium token, auction absolute uselesse 5 slots and 50% time this does not work f**ck you IMC.

Please help, I have the same issue and its taking up the only slot in market which I have.

Date and Time : 7th April 2016. 1300hrs (GMT+8).
