[Market] Can’t retrieve my items after they have exceeded sales period

Hi there,

I am unable to cancel an item I am selling on the market as there is an error message that says “The sales period has passed. Please retrieve your item”. However, my item does not appear in the Retrieve tab/section. Can you please help fix this for me ?

im having the same problem right now. but my item is still in the market i try to retrive it i cant see it in the retrieve tab
