Hello, i returned after a pause and started new account, because my old one was lost. I started playing game on 25.01 and faced with the annoying problem: the opportunity to buy/sell items via market is locked until 18.02. So, how can i unlock my market? I will be grateful if you answer

You cannot. There is no way to counter the restriction they added, you have to wait until it automatically gets lifted (the date they give you).

And no hope that time can be reduced?
While you can always try to send a ticket to the staff, not really, no. They don’t do that. It’s just a restriction they added to somewhat counter bots accounts over a year ago and that’s why they don’t reduce it.
