Map Exploration Issue - its happening again

Bug Description:
I don’t know how to describe this… but the screenshot says it all? this is first time me having this issue every other map I was on tonight was fine being explored as I entered Spring Light Woods the map is still stuck at 18.4% - that somehow fixed itself

but I seem to run into the bug again ; w ; this time a new map, I placed a screenshot downbelow.
