Means you uncovered 100% of the map. Not associated with quests.
If you 100% a map you can go the the Feather Icon (or Quill) person in the main cities to redeem exp cards.

The Silver reward is for “leveling up” you doing stuff tab. When you 100% a map you want to choose an option about “Tell stories about your adventures” may not be exact wording there but its something about stories and adventures. Then it will bring up a list of zones you have 100% explored, and when you click them you get EXP cards based on the level of the zone.
There is also one for monsters you killed. I check it ever so often, not sure what exactly triggers the story about your battles, I’m thinking its based off number of kills or monster bits looted.

Np prob, I’m still fairly new to ToS, never got into any of the betas or played the korean version, so I’m figuring all this out as I go along. I support the idea of sharing info like this more freely, makes the game better IMO.
