No, he is AFK in respawn holding Z button and killing everything with 1 shot. Low lvl characters can’t kill faster than him.
there are bots like this z auto attacking and looting uosis without getting near it.

he might be some lazy cheap selfish bastard, but I doubt he isn’t been a pest for the sake of been a pest…
