Making pvp 3v3 will just make cancer builds stronger

After watching videos of the pvp update in KR this is all i can say about that.

Totally agree :confused: i had hopes but it seems like they are going into a very wrong direction.

This is actually totally wrong, Ro builds were more verastile, WOE wizzard and creators didnt use any CON at all, and even builds that used CON needed other stats like DEX to faster cast and such and such. RO stats were not as meaningless as they are in TOS. This should say how more “dynamic” was RO compared to TOS, at least in that game teamwrok was a thing and not everything was about WEAPON AND ARMOR REFINE wich has nothing to do with skill.

Yeah, cause Creators had Valk Armor + Satan Helm antistun set and were on Paladin’s Devotion all the time. Wizards were with almost full antistun (or Orc Hero) and on Paladin’s Devotion all the time.
And after Renewal RO’s stats became brainless

What are you even talking about. Items were way above everything in Ro. Yes, tactics and individual skills mattered, but without decent equipement even well-organized guild would be just stomped. Items were much more imbalanced in RO - MvP cards and Godlike items boosted characters over the top.
In current ToS you can actually outplay fully-equiped people with teamplay. Have you ever seen an open field war in ToS?

Taking things out of context its not gona work for you, comparing how you had to build characters in RO to how you have to do in TOS and you’ll understand that RO was not about weapon and armor refine, its true that gear was important but was not as dumb as getting trans10 for armor and weapon, if you dont want to aknowledge then its your problem lol.

RO had so much more to offer, cards with element resist, status resist, racial resist, ETC, and in pvp you could switch as you needed to.

Wrong again, even a fully geared char cant stand a whole guild in GVG. Unless you are talking about trash HR servers with MVP cards/godlike items all over the place (And even mvp cards had its counters, maybe your guild was not good enough). And then again, im talking about the core of the game wich was about teamplay and not about refining your weapon or gear to pretend you are good, when in reallity has more to do with "how much time you have played the game to get your stuff

Last things i dont see WOE being a mess like TOS PVP/GVG its, teamwork its teamwork at the end of the day and you can deny that.

Post 3rd classes RO its ■■■■ LMFAO good to know where are you coming from, now i understand im wasting my time.

Im sure you totally didnt watch the videos from bamboo hahaha and even then, currently on iTOS trans weapons and CC are everything. So nope again. (one shotting all the players its not an “outplay”)

Yeah, sure. Now calculate how much time / money you need to make Trans10 weapon. It will be around the same time/money you need to get a overpowered equipement in RO.

I played RO for 13 years on an 1x server. From the very beginning till the Renewal and beyond.
Want a prenewal example? Ok.
Mjolnir + GTB + Orc Hero Biochemist on Devotion. And it’s a 1x server, so imagine the efforts people need to get thes items. But once you are equiped like a Christmas Tree, you can stomp. And imagine Top Guilds having several OP characters like this. You can tactic all you like, but you won’t be able to do a poop.

And the ultimate thing. STOP COMPARING TOS TO RO OH MY GOD. It’s a completely different game - want to compare ToS to something - compare it to Diablo3 / PoE. Stop whining that RO had so much to offer compared to ToS - it’s completely different games, with completely different playstyle, mechanics and enginge. Stop comparing bananas to apples, jeez.

Why should I? I’m playing on the most populated and the most high-skill server on iToS. I go TBL everyday and I do know that you can outplay full-trans people. Cause I do.

In early episodes Ghostring, Develing, Orc Hero,GTB high Agi Assasin Cross could. He could literally enter alone on the gate and take the castle from the full guild.

Rank 9 will be the end of PVP anyway. Noway in hell you’ll be able to kill a team including a C3 Kabbalist that casts multiple Ein Sof level 16 instances.

After calculating with current top CON equip and the new card system (3 Blut cards) at max level 380 a full CON Kabbalist C3 will have 649 CON. That’s ~128k HP normally, and 567k HP under Ein Sof. Now if we calculate in that he’s also a Sadhu C2+, his Praktiri will heal him for at least 300k HP every 9 seconds.

Good luck trying to damage him that much, let alone kill him; that will be impossible even with the best whaled equipment.

If they don’t, I might get interested in PVP since I can just live my way through it (although I’m more on the DEX side than the CON side statwise) while watching the Swordsmen,Archers and Wizards writhe in agony trying to kill me.

Revenged 7fold won’t be needed anymore anyway since you can just ruthlessly attack like no tomorrow with that bulk of HP.

I just hope that Ein Sof doesn’t get messed with just because of some stupid PvP balancing, I want to reach 300+ k HP in PVE :smiley:

This its what im saying, you could PVP/WoE without “OVERPOWERED” gear, in fact woe and pvp gear where quite simple to get you are just making things up trying to make its sound like you couldnt do woe without godly items or MVP cards wich its not the case.

So you are saying that there was not actual way to kill it? lol ok, its nice to understand your knowledge about RO, seems like someone wasted 13 years for nothing.

Where did you read that? Of course you can kill that. Like in ToS you can kill any character.

Jeez, I’m playin on kToS and actually test all updates there myself, why should I watch someone’s video? I watch everything with my own eyes on kToS everyday.

Duh, you can TBL/Open War without Trans10 and win in ToS. I do it without trans items at all and not only with Clerics, but with Swords too.

All I am saying - if you want to compare ToS to RO in terms of items => RO had much more broken, stupid items than ToS has now. And you should not mention MASS PVP (GW) in RO, because ToS doesn’t have MASS PVP.
If you badly want to compare Arena PvP in RO to TBL in ToS - go ahead. MiniPvP in RO was abolutely broken and unballanced. Even more unballanced than one in current ToS.

Hi there!
Well, first let me introduce my main PvP char:
Archer 1>Ranger 2>Scout 1>Rogue 2>Musketeer 2 (Almost full STR… little DEX and NO CON)
This was the char I created in Day 1 (oficial launch) and I’m investing on it since then…

So, what’s so special? Well, first of all, I’VE NEVER SEEN ANYONE WITH THIS BUILD and I’ve already got to the top Rank in both 5v5 and 2v2 many times (for the “oh only meta and cancer builds win” guys)…

“oh, but you play since Closed Beta and Day 1, so you must have like full Solmiki and Red 315 Musket Trans 10” - Well that’s wrong… Since there wasn’t a Solmiki back then and I was so lazy to do Lolopanther sets, I’m using a Virtov Leather set EVEN NOWADAYS, and why I don’t change? Well, cuz it is Trans 2 EVERY PIECE, and I think I don’t need to (cuz I’m doing fine with it and my other real PvE chars need it more…), and as for my musket, I use a Trans 3 +11 Purine Perv Musket (and I didnt failed once) +1 Yellow Gem 7 (which I could switch for a Emengard, ofc, but again, I DONT NEED TO)… The thing is: I don’t use anything special like full solmiki or trans 10, and you know what? I’m doing fine… not even spending that much in atributes, like, except for my Covering Fire (85), all of my skills are lvl30 (my Snipe 10 with att30 kills a full Lolopanther plate full CON Inq - tested with a friend)

Ofc I got KO’d many times by Kabbas, but seriously… I just put my musket in my bar and unequip it quickly after seeing ppl with R7X, take a few shots and WOW! it’s off… Not that hard, okay? Just wait with Cloaking or keep running around, Use your head to think on an actual strategy instead of just complaining about stuff and carry

I’m A2-Ranger1-Scout2-Rouge1-Musk2

Initially it was a character for the Open War, that’s why I took Scout2 for longer clock. Yeah, it’s doing fine if you know what to do. Any character is doing fine if you actually know what and how to do. I guess people complain about other than clerics characters being weak, 'cause they can’t faceroll the keyboard to win easily with them. On the other hand with kabba you can often with without having any skill or game knowledge.

It perfectly relates. 'Cause the initial statement that “3v3 will make cancerous builds stronger” is simply false. So we can talk here 'about whatever we want. Topic starter complains about Kino becoming stronger in 3v3. KINO, CARL.
With complete CC nerf coming along with 3v3. What can you even argue about with such person.

Nice to know, now that we are on that people trying to act like TOS PVP its good and balanced also stresses me out. When you can 1 shot 5 people in pvp with a new char without any special equipment whatsoever, as you said in your example, i dont feel like “im outplaying people”
