Full spr + Sadhu c3(Full Spr) into trasmit Prana with the attribute of trasmit Spr.
Keep in mind that this got patched already in KR and we dont know when that might come to iTOS.

2.1k blessings full SPR 330 with standard SPR gears. (Reine Mace, Max Peta, Zach Bangles, L17 Blessings, SPR armor)
2.5k blessings if use Superior Psychic bands instead of Zach Bangles.

Superior Psychic Band got removed in KR already and we can expect the same to happen here, anyways KR its way ahead from us in patches so maybe will took 1, 2 or maybe 3 months from iTOS to catch up. Also they introduced a new band that adds +60spr(45medals, 7 days duration), a little nerf but still just for you to know. Anyways Superior Psychic Band bands are nice but only last for 7days so keep that in mind.
Also @franrredo and @destineee88 are correct about the estimated amount of damage of bless without prana, 2k its still pretty decent imo. I think we have plenty amount of time to sell prana buffs or at least i hope so haha.
4k blessing? In before I saw someone know to make 7k blessing… hmm where is it 
and I thought I was going to delete but ooh found it(not sure but I believe shield bash won’t scramble stat anymore)

All SPR sadhu Transmit pranas Linker 3 which then lifelines the party which then has another sadhu to transmit towards pardoner.
