Make this pet event optional speaking with npc

you don’t need to go to the npc to accept the event or something when you log in and you have pet that consumes stamina you a chance to get 20% exp buff so i went to klaipeda to get my 100% exp buff breaking the four Leaf Clover i got my 100% and then i mounted my pet.

BUMM! my 100% exp buff has changed by 20% i was like wtf :fearful: lol then i started to read the event “The Companion buff doesn’t stack with Clover buff” and you just need to use your mount omg

make the event activable and optional speaking with npc instead just mouting your pet what you are doing now is to send my pet to the bank, there’s no way that i will use my pet to have this problem again to destroy 100% exp buff, cmon guys, thank you for the event but is not good in this way.

+1 to pet event actually messing clover EXP (huehuehue event is back)

-decision not made by the forum staff, they forward it to the devs who do the say, the same korean devs that wanted the buff to override in the first place
-would most likely have to wait for Tuesday to implement it if its even decided upon, wouldn’t just have a temp maintenance unless its for a game breaking bug
-what npc do u mean? they would have to make a whole new npc or add a option to already existing 1

i want it too but the chances of it happening are unlikely :pensive:

In other words, you going back to when only Cata or SR could mount up, big deal. Leafy making people fat, walk more.

Just wantto bring my catagoon to max lvl today…

Same with falconer. Falcon is a pet so you get exp buff, at least I can make sure I use my mount with stem on another char so I get loot on that one.

can you get gifts x2 since you can have 2 pets following you?

The problem is simple. we just receive the events straight from kToS. They were meant to be ran at different times but they forgot about it and we have this mess.

As far as I know, you can’t double dip with falcon. However, mine is 330 and will stay at 0 stamina since I can’t feed him(no one can, he must take a bite every swoop).

There is the pet trigger for exp. You would have to ask a leveling falconer if he gets the rewards without a mountable pet.

Falcons can be fed with meat. It’s just awkward to achieve.

Falcons do not contribute to this event though.

Although they did mention here that:

… it shouldn’t just outright overwrite it. I feel for the people that are still leveling up (this doesn’t personally affect me though), but it should be optional. :slight_smile:

But, they only updated the event page and placed that detail there when people started complaining. Also, rip mounted classes :frowning:

They give the exp bonus.

So they only partially contribute. Since you don’t get items from them.
