Figure these are spread out far enough to where it wouldn’t be OP. they are usually a little distance away from mobs too. Maybe not the exact effect of a campfire, but 50% or something? just boosted rest recovery rate at least.

This would be a pretty good idea. The statues already receive “the protection of the goddess” enough to let you warp with them. Why not have a statue aura?
I would be ok with a low or 50% bonus to resting near the goddess statues

Who said it was because of campfires? This bonus would be great stacking the shitty bonus that campfires give.
