Make Divine Might no longer affect fixed level 1 skills

The current way Divine Might works is that it uses up one skill count on every skill used afterwards,
no matter if the skill used can be affected by the skill effect or not.

Examples are Resetting, Gematria, Forecast, Detoxify, Cassis Crista, etc which are fixed at skilllevel 1.

In my opinion it should be a basic feature that these skills are omitted from reducing the Divine Might count (which is already really low) since they don’t have any additional effects to be increased by Divine Might to level 2.
