The title says it all. Except Cross Guard and Cartar Stroke, all the remaining skills of Highlander can be used while mounted, highly increasing the synergy with Hackapell. Why leave out Cartar Stroke and Cross Guard? Yes, Cross Guard is more for the 2hand sword users, and 1hand sword+shield users has the block mechanic by default, so its reasonable not to make it usable for shields. But its different for Cartar Stroke, especially since Wagon Wheel is usable while mounted, which is a nice build up for Cartar to do 2x damage, so i dont see why it cannot be modified. I just wish the next big Art/SFR/Balance patch will bring the change!
