4 cards per 100% exploration should be the rule not the exception.
Doing every quest and every exploration from 280 gives you just the right amount of exp to reach around 328
It should stay that way
And adding 4 cards to the older maps would help remove the horrendous grind wall between rank 7 and rank 8
