Trot buff is removed on dismount. So 90% of the skills on the swordsman tree is trash and useless to a Cataphract user.

But trot, like some other cata/SR skills, is precisely meant to be a mount-only skill. You don’t get to have trot and move fast while you are dismounted and walking normally.
Yeah but its gone once you mount again…
The problem is your build. U should build all the skill that can use on Companion.
Yeah, either swordsman or peltasta/hoplite.
god forbid swordsman have more then 4 build total.
