Auto matchmaking is working. The timer resets when your party fail to get into an instance, which previously kicks you back to login screen. Just keep queuing.

No i can cancel the PF and join with a premade PT.
Only the PF is not working.
Nope. Can still enter as a party. Unless they have separate dungeon “channels” that are limited.
