They can’t risk allowing bugs to stay for too long or they’ll eventually fail with this game.
When a new player finds this game and tries it, then immediately realizes how buggy the game is, they will likely stop playing.
Current players will also get tired of the less than favorable experience when bugs aren’t immediately addressed, likely causing them to eventually quit.
Simple math:
- No new customers + Current customers quitting = Decreasing amount of customers
- Which consequently decreases revenue for IMC from the game forcing them to reduce upkeep costs which in our experience usually results in the game getting worse due to lack of channels and reduced capacity for dungeon instances.
- Which results into step 1 again until everybody’s gone.
Business 101 stuff.
They really need to appease both new and existing players to keep the game alive.
