Main stucked in broken channel on broken server in now blocked account

Like many players here I purchased the Exclusive Access 1 DLC package, and unfortunately while wishing to be on a EU server, I found myself stucked on Klaipedia until they release their Team transfer.

While I dealt myself with most difficulties encountered due to the rocky start, I found myself locked out because of the well known CommanderLoadFail error on Path of the Recluse (only one channel). I’ve been stucked there since yesterday.

Today, after browsing the forums, I finally found a thread where players who were in the similar situation listed themselves for GM support (Commander load Fail List of player). I promptly went to add myself to that list following the post format and template.

Result: Account Blocked.

PS: Yes, I had to create a new account to make this post, since my main account is blocked, which contains my main character which is stucked in CommanderLoadFail channel on broken Klaipedia server.

I’m glad I’m not the only one. I’m in the same boat. Stuck character and when I tried to add my name to the list of characters I was greeted with your account is now blocked. No reply,posting and the sending ticket is broken as well. :confused:

I’m not sure if I should say that “I’m glad that I’m not the only one”, but I’m certainly glad that you posted before players saying that I was blocked because I sent a toxic post or something alike.

Well, I hope / am curious to see what the GMs have to say and/or if they will reply with an explanation or a solution for us.

My steam rating just went to negative for the way they handled this.

I do not cheat, I do not bot, I don’t sell gold; I stay quiet and patient when they have bugs, crashes and delays. What do I get for it? Bots and gold sellers are still in game, me I get an account block? :disappointed:

That is honestly very weird. No duration or reason stated either.

guess sending a ticket to unstuck your character from the commander will result to a ban hammer…

guess thats one way to kill your game.

Every Monday is a weekend in IMC.

You know, bot, gold sellers, lags, crashes, bugs, I can deal and bear with all of that, even getting stucked by CommanderLoadFail, and I do understand that it may take a while for them to fix that (even-though we wish it would be quick), and really I’m fine with that, I can wait Tuesday or later if needed be.

However, I have to admit that I get a bit more sensitive when it comes to account blocks and bans out of nowhere, for me that’s an entirely different beast. I don’t usually complain, but I cannot stand to be accused of some wrongs I didn’t do.

I posted in that thread as well with the information that the mod asked for and I received an account block notification about two minutes later. I thought it was pretty funny and terrible, but I seem to be unblocked now on this account.

I kind of wish they would just communicate with us, even if it’s just, “Hey guys, we won’t be able to resolve this today. Sorry.”
