Main quest in Crystal Mine Party bug

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Crystal Mines 1F

Bug Description :
While doing the boss fight (District 6 boss) in a party of 2, the leader disconnected in the middle of the fight and i got kicked out of the boss fight, after that the last purifier icon became blue (like in the screenshot below) and even if i forfeit and restart the quest the but persist.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Join a party (in this case was 2 players and i wasnt the leader).
  2. Start the fight.
  3. Party Leader disconnect (i dont know if it happens if the leader leave the party or change leader).
  4. You get out of the fight (unfinished fight) and the quest bug with the blue icon on the purifier.

Found workaround for this, last day of the beta a friend came to play (i provided the extra key) and i started helping her doing the tutorial till we get where i got bugged, i did the fight with her and the quest could be completed.

Had this happen to a friend after my game crashed while using a bunch of exp tickets. Came back and we were still in a party but he didn’t get credit for any of the quests and now can’t complete them.

I have the same problem, and I cant continue to do the quest cuz i cant finish the Crystal Mine quests.

I am also having the same problem. The party leader dropped just before we entered a boss instance on Crystal Mine F2 and now I cannot interact with the Purifier Pipe for “Circulation Purification Issues” quest as well as I cannot interact with the Magical Supply Device for the “Inoperable Auxiliary Purifier”.

I had this happen to me on the ghost of the first floor and was able to join someone else and clear it. However my friend that had it happen on the second floor after I my game crashed (from spamming exp tickets) was not as lucky and even redoing the fights he was unable to progress. Abandoning and restarting the quests also did not work. So he remade his character for now. It seems the game didn’t think we were in a party anymore but after logging back in the UI showed us as being in the same party and if we were close enough to the boss area it started the boss for both of us. The boss’ were level 1 when we fought them though and died very quickly.

Had the same thing happen. Try restarting the game, quitting the party and doing the completion criteria again (purifying fixing purifiers/etc) and waiting for a couple of minutes while you kill some mobs.
Got the completion notice 5mins later
