Main Quest Bug: Purify Holy Pond Veja Ravine Map

Hi @STAFF_Amy @STAFF_Letitia,

I need help with a bug I’m experiencing with my main quest. Quest flag is not showing, not interacting. Unable to purify holy pond, unable to finish the quest. Please help. :frowning:

Bug Description :

Quest flag is not showing, not interacting. Unable to purify holy pond, unable to finish the quest.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Defeated the boss in main quest purify the holy pond.
  2. Quest flag didn’t appear after defeating the boss/cutscene
  3. Tried changing channel, logging out, loggin in another server, log back in to Telsiai nothing happened.
  4. Tried verifying integrity files from Steam and still having the same bug.

You can’t abandon main quest.

There is a blue quest just before that part where there are puddles which you need to purifiy after clearing the nearby mobs in range.
Did you finish that quest?
As what i can see, that blue quest is not a prerequisite for it but the quest you are doing has a quest boss to be cleared before you can finish the main quest.
