Main NPC is missing [Quest Bug]

I was trying to complete “ridding the traitor” quest at demon prison district 2. i went to the area for talk kupole arune. but there wasnt any npc to talk…
i saw some topics about that bug at october 2016 but noone told any solution.
anyone know how can i fix it?

have you tried abandoning the quest an starting it over?_?

also leaving the map and returning might help

its main quest so i cant abandon it like subquests.
changing locations/channels, a lot of relog, discover all map etc. nothing worked yet.

weird, I cant confirm now…

but main quest should be able to abort too…

unless it is an unstarted quest…

hmmm!!! I got it…

a party member with same quest should be able to help you get it started and completed

Quest NPCs disappearing for unknown reasons is an old and almost common occurrence, I hope it gets solved permanently soon…

in arround 24 hours i completed another maps quests, a lot of quests…
and then i went to check npc again. and there she is.
i couldnt understand how it fixed, but im glad.
and now 3rd floor main npc (goddess vakarine) is missing i will wait 1-2 days for it too.
