as the title , im lvl 34 full dex wiz and i havent see a single crit, but i saw archers crit a lot

Magic doesnt crit. It also cant miss.
No magic cant crit, but in exchange it cant miss.
I would reroll a full dex wiz is a really bad idea unless you aiming for some sort of linker c3 stat sharing full dex support build.
All a wizard needs is Int and Con and maybe a few points in spirit but most build wont need any spirit at all.
Maybe he is going Melee wiz with links and/or thauma buffs and/or RC and
I would love to see someone make a melee wiz build and get it to 280 just to see how well a muscle wizard actually works lol
