Since linkers are getting those nerfs, nerf those skills above too.

not salty, its true, psichokino and warlock, the cleric branch need a rebalance and generaly each cc with more than 6 second duration need a balance its not reazonable ccs +6 seconds or heals each 20 sec and resus each 30, lot of this things are broken than the link+misile combo or more
