I saw the magas rapier have 43 block rate but how exactly its works? That is the same block rate shields have (just multiplier for your block) or typo in the description and item have 43 block?
hmm here’s my case:
I use magas rapier, I get 216 on block
I use magas rapier and shield, I get 216 block still
I use venier, block disappeared.
I use venier and shield, I get 216 block.
I think magas rapier’s block works like stone skin because when i was using it with an off hand i get blocks
