How does revenge sevenfold works while mackangdal is active ?
- When I get hit with mackangdal and sevenfold on will sevenfold proc on 0 damage making me loose the buff ?
No, you still receive the damage.
Since the damage is being stacked up on yourself while mackangdal is up, once the damage is released as selfdamage, r7f reflects the damage and deals 7x the damage to yourself 
Reflect to whom? or it tracks individual damage contributor?

Thats outdated. With r8 they changed the way r7 interacts with mackangdal into completely ignoring the buff.
Under mackangdal neither will the buff delete upon hit, nor will the self damage in the end activate it. It will just be carried over till mack runs out.

it’s still viable in pvp tho, EZ MVP 
sealing the win is another issue tho
put simply, mack is listing the damage suppressed to be yours alone.
